Key learning outcomes The program is designed for students interested in directing their studies toward the field of philology. The program is conceived so that the students acquire knowledge and skills in communicative competence, linguistic theory, intercultural competence, and literary theory. In addition, the program is aimed at developing receptive and productive linguistic skills in terms of quick and precise comprehension of German speech and texts, and fluent oral and written communication. The fundamental and dominant feature of the entire program is theoretical grounding in linguistic and literary disciplines.
