Key learning outcomes The graduate acquires broad knowledge of historical sciences, history of art and architecture and heritage documentation, which provide them with a solid basis for subsequent master's studies. If the graduate completes their education at the bachelor's degree, they find employment in heritage preservation, especially in the positions of documentaries at the bachelor's degree level, where they can successfully solve the problems and topics of documentation and heritage preservation using the acquired knowledge. In addition to conducting a wide range of documentation and research, they can also search, sort and interpret information resulting from the study of material and written sources and on this basis successfully analyze historical architecture and choose appropriate approaches to its protection. The programme also equips graduates with practical skills and theoretical knowledge enabling them to clearly and convincingly communicate to the professional and lay public the knowledge gained through the heritage documentation in the form of lectures, exhibitions and articles.
