Course content
Theoretical seminars: Basics of athletic training of children and youth. Liability of a trainer Athletics for children, athletics like a game. Training for speed running. Training for running and power walking. Training for jumping. Trainig for shot put and throwing. Training for multicontest Practical lessons: Methodology of training swing and pedal running and low start. Methodology of obstacle course training, development of flexibility. Methodology of pole vault training. Methodology of long jump and triple jump training. Methodology of hammer throw, discus, ball and javelin throw - preparatory exercises.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to obtain specialty athletic trainer license IV. class according to the requirements and criteria of the Czech Athletic Federation. In the study became acquainted with the planning, management and organization of athletic training for children and youth.
After passing this subject, the student: - Is abel to realize athletic training for children and youth, - can include special training methods into training for motor development , - can analyse correctly the technique od performance and knows how to improve specific skills including mistakes´ correction.b, - Abides by safety principles during training activities, - Can prepare and analyse plan for training.

Activity in the athletic discipline. Completed schooling of athletics I. a II. within the study.

To pass successfully exams from following subjects: Anatomy, Anthropomotorics, Biomechanics, Physiology of P.E. and Sport, Theory of sport training. To pass this specialization course. Mastering control exercises. Analysis of techniques based on video recordings. Final thesis defense. A written test.
