Key learning outcomes The Master's program aims to educate managers at various levels of management for individual areas of health care including top management of organizations and institutions. The aim of education in the study program Organization and Development of Health Care Facilities in Health is: "preparing non-medical health professionals to perform managerial functions at all levels of management, "enhancing knowledge of the principles of operation of healthcare providers, including the management of their financial flows, strategy development and human resources management, "development of manager's personality with a focus on collaborative skills, communication and presentation skills, problem and conflict resolution, "familiarization with quality management systems and health systems within the EU, including applicable legislation, "the development of the profession with a view to promoting scientific work. The expected benefit will be to satisfy demand in the open labor market of non-medical health care disciplines, both at regional and national level.
