The subject provides students with practical physiotherapy skills. It is taught at specialized centres of medical facilities, including specialized facilities. It leads students to individual work at a professional level. The aim of the subject is to gain knowledge of application in the field of physiotherapy in individual indication areas, the knowledge of basic assessment of the musculoskeletal system, and also the knowledge of the principles of medical procedures for completing rehabilitation programs.
Subject Knowledge: Student can describe the issue of whole spectrum of clinical disciplines which apply available physiotherapy procedures and concepts. Subject Skills: Student is able to demonstrate the mastery of professional skills in outpatient and clinical care. Student participates in the individual physiotherapy program in collaboration with a doctor. He/she knows how to provide practical physiotherapy intervention in hospital and outpatient care. |
