Course content
1.Introduction to the basic requirements for students in the sport of fencing (clothes, sword, saber, foil, signaling devices) 2.The basic leg movements, fencing tempo 3.Basic arm movements (tert, quart, octave, septimus), direct point 4.Movement of the fencer when the specified area (plans), lunges, radoppio, patinando, possession of a weapon 5.Refinement of interventions using targets, moving targets, safety equipment trainer 6.Free fencing, rules, fencing (foil, epee, saber), Battuta, Acorn, awesome 7.Ranking of the Czech Union of fencing, placement of individual competitors in the ladder 8.Developing dexterity skills in the sport of fencing 9.The development of response capabilities in the sport of fencing 10.Fitness training in the sport of fencing 11.The concept of establishment of training units in the sport of fencing 12.Free fencing, avoids links 13.Compensation for unilateral exercise load in fencing position 14.Free fencing - Tournament

Learning outcomes
The objective is to apprise students with basic fencing training, terminology, organizations, training units, material-intensive, individual fencing techniques and types of weapons used in the sport of fencing. Development of reaction, speed, dexterity and endurance capabilities. Fair-play in the sport of fencing. Compensation for exercise unilateral loading of the body during operation of sport fencing.
Students will be after completion of basic training, able to lead an hour of sport fencing on the basis of knowledge of methods, objectives, techniques in the sport of fencing in relation to proficiency and age differences exercisers.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of terminology and techniques in the sport of fencing. The orientation of the current sport of fencing. Material equipment
