Sudden gynecological events Seminar topics: 1. Care of a midwife on a woman at the terminal stage; phase of dying and psychological support. Care of a midwife on a woman with a bleeding condition 2. Caring for a woman with precancerosis and ca cervix; Midwife care for a woman undergoing a small gynecological performance 3. Caring for a woman with ca ovary; Care of a midwife on a woman undergoing a major gynecological operation 4. Care of a midwife on a woman after laparoscopic surgery; Care of a midwife on a woman after epidural analgesia 5. Caring for a woman with ca breast; Midwife care after breast surgery, psychological approach 6. Care of a midwife on a woman with post-operative complications 7. Care of a midwife for a woman with incontinence

Learning outcomes
The subject is conceived as a theoretical and practical unit for midwives who take care of a woman during her life. The subject is a part of a complex of basic vocational subjects for the field of midwifery, which informs the student about the latest knowledge from the clinical gynecology field. Great attention is paid to primary prevention, which is a significant part of the midwife to ensure the health of women in all ages, both in health and illness. From the pathophysiological states the subject is devoted to those who are crucial for the quality of life of the woman. The findings of clinical gynecology, urogynecology, oncogynecology, gynecology of childhood are linked to nursing care, which is provided in the form of a nursing process that respects the individuality and uniqueness of a woman. The aim of the subject is the ability to apply acquired knowledge in real contact with women.
Professional knowledge: Student demonstrates wide knowledge in oncogynecology, can recognize clinical signs of oncological diseases of female reproductive organs. She has extensive knowledge of operative gynecology, she has extensive knowledge of urogynecology. Can recognize the clinical signs of inflammatory disease of female reproductive organs. Professional skills: The student is able to realize the nursing process in a woman at the terminal stage, the nursing process in a woman undergoing gynecological surgery, to prepare and evaluate the education of a woman undergoing a gynecological operation, to evaluate the operation wound and to take care of her, to prepare and evaluate the education of a woman with inflammatory diseases of the reproductive organs and to evaluate the education of a woman with urinary incontinence.
