The aim is to create a diploma thesis proposal containing the definition of the topic and the reason for its relevance for the studied branch or field of study, including an outline of the state of the research, the unfolding contribution of the work, and a clearly defined goal of the work (research question/ Forschungsfrage) and a brief description of the method, or the theoretical understanding of the chosen issue. Part of this proposal is also a list of primary and secondary literature, including the design of the overall structure of the diploma thesis.

The prerequisite for completing the seminar is the official assignment of the diploma thesis at KGER.

The proposal of the diploma thesis should cover a range of 5-7 pages of the A4 format (for more details see the course objectives). Students are awarded the credit by the diploma thesis supervisor. |
