Learning outcomes
The course continues to develop the results of the seminar "Language Competence I" and deals intensively with the learners´ preparation for the final language examination in the second semester of the master programme recommended plan. It focuses on the training and reinforcement of all four language competences, which are tested by the final examination in both written and oral form, at the C1/C1+ level of the Common European Reference Framework for Languages. Specifically, it deals with Listening Comprehension, Reading Comprehension, Writing and Speaking. The seminar also practices grammar and professional vocabulary within the context of the studied themes and the expected level of language on the example of a set of authentic and current professional texts focused on intercultural themes.
Reinforcement of language competences. The student may test his language level of competence and may get acquainted with principles of self-assessment of his language competence according to the above-mentioned Common EU Framework for languages.

Credit Requirements: The main condition for granting credit points is the learners´active participation in individual classes, minimum of 70% attendance; acquisition of professional vocabulary and fulfilling the conditions assigned for the final credit test The Final Examination in language competence, consisting of the written and the oral part, tests the achieved language skills at the C1/C1+ level of the Common European Reference Framework for languages. At the exam the learner works with authentic and topical professional texts focused on intercultural issues.
