The subject acquaints students with various kinds of machines and devices used in mechanical engineering.
The student is well versed in lectured topics. They can explain and describe their functions and basic parameters, are able to independently design, dimension, or perform simple calculations needed eg in decision-making and economic processes of production management, etc.
