Course content
1. Introduction - basic questions of the work safeness, basic notions, introduction into analysis of the risk factors 2. Control system of the safe business of the company - the basic principles of the safeness control, management of the risk control. 3. The legislative for safeness and prevention of the wealth at work, machines and machines systems, chemicals, breakdown, European legislative, nation legislative, regulations, standards. 4. Procedure of the risk classification and control - the procedures performed during risk classifications, the resource information for reviewer, who performs procedures in the terms of risk classification, analysis, danger identification, identification and analysis of jeopardy, methods for danger classification. 5. Methods of the risk classification I - method in use for risk analysis, methods FMEA, FMECA, FTA, ETA 6. Methods of the risk classification II - method in use for risk analysis, HAZOP, combined methods, industry breakdown classification 7. Reliability and quality management- reliability control, care about reliability, fineness, reliability management, technical objects reliability. 8. The working environment prevention - working environment, risk works, chemical injurant, prevention, ventilation and air condition, solid and gaseous injurants separation, lighting, noise and vibration 9. Risks connected with manipulation of the chemicals - basic notions, dangerous chemicals, dangerous material classification, dangerous material treatment, chemicals denotation, restricted materials, transport. 10. The fire safety - burning, fire, fire dynamics, emergency fire readiness, fire equipment. Breakdown prevention - classification serious breakdown risks, prevention, breakdown readiness and plan. 11. Technical system safeness - the safeness requirements for machine equipment, basic notions, machine division, elevatory machines, tower cranes, technical requirements on enumerated (reserved) machine equipment - safeness fundamentals

Learning outcomes
The subject acquaints with basic methods of work safety evaluation, regulations applicable in the area of work safety and machine systems, causes of inception of a negative phenomenon of a defect or accident. Functional machine structures. Risks of large industrial accidents, assessment of material flow safety. Risk management as a part of a company management system, maintenance and automation as means for risk minimization.
- Students will learn the principles of designing safe machines - Students are able to orient themselves in the system of safety and reliability management in production They can apply their knowledge in the field of production in the field of design, construction and production of machines, as well as in control, etc.
