Electrical apparatuses create a significant section of devices in electrical energy distribution. The students are acquainted with their basic division, designs and use. The main emphasis is on contact switching apparatuses. The students also gain knowledge from switching techniques, they make calculations of switching processes and also perform measurements on electrical apparatuses.
The student is well versed in the field of electrical devices. The student is able to describe the functions of individual devices. The student is able to describe the use of electrical devices.
