Course content
1. Introduction to the subject 2. Degree of flexibility and automation in JUS, VUS and lines. 3. Automation in JUS, VUS, lines - basic machine cycle 4. Automate the follow-up processes. 5. Division and main representatives of JUS, VUS, lines. 6. Modularity of documentation of JUS, VUS and lines. 7. Demonstration of introductory project (bid project). 8. Distribution lines and leaders of assembly lines. 9. Capacity calculations, assembly line balancing, economic evaluation. 10. Trends in designing assembly lines for an unstable order. 11. Examples of JUS, VUS, production and assembly lines.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is giving to the student complex digest about structure and classification of production lines in the industry.
The student is able to use the knowledge of the subject independently, he / she is able to orientate himself in problems of preparation, construction and operation of production lines, he / she is able to perform simple basic design of the line and related operations, he / she is able to assess the suitability and pitfalls of the solution for both classical and original order.
