Contemporary modern quality management plays crucial role in management system within organization. It provides two fundamental functions: to maximize the contentment and loyalty of customers and to minimize the costs. The fundamental objective is to acquaint the students with modern systems of quality control, fundamental tools and methodology, further to clarify the role of top management, its function and role of supervisors of quality and other emploees in quality system in all phases of manufacturing process and services. 1.
