1. Introductory seminar, definition of the subject, acquaintance with the literature and requirements for the credit and the exam. 2. Verbalization - Working with map 1 - physical and political map 3. Verbalization - Working with the map 2 - Suggestive maps and social data maps 4. Verbalization - Statistics and graphs 5. Reading comprehension - Working with current journalistic text 6. Listening with comprehension - Working with current journalistic text 7. Reading comprehension - Poetry in teaching 8. Listening with understanding - Song in teaching 9. Verbalization - Working with a picture or photo 10. Listening comprehension - Working with television news 11. Learning outcomes
Students will get the opportunity to try out their own didactic concept for a certain topic of the realities of the German-speaking area, which they prepare in self-study during the semester. Their concept is a stimulus for discussion at the seminar. The discussion is not only about the evaluation of the superior, but rather about other variations of the possibilities that arise from the concept and which may change according to the age of the pupils, their language level and finally the didactic goal.
-ability of critical work with German-language primary and secondary literature; - ability to independently formulate a question and interpret the text; - improving the ability to argue in discussions; - improving students' written expression; - increase vocabulary in the field of history and culture; - deepening the ability to orientate oneself in the geography of the German-speaking area; - gaining an orientation in the historical and cultural development of German-speaking areas;
