Course content
1. Introduction to seminar topics. 2. What does "National History and Geography" mean for cultural sciences? 3. What are Cultural Interpretation Formulas? 4. What are "New Media" - Web 2.0? 5. Testing the capabilities of "New Media" cooperative tools. 6. What does "learning" mean? The Constructivist and Connectivist Concept. 7. Work on the Interpretation Formula "1968" (group work: research on subtopics, use of cooperative tools) 8. Work on the Interpretation Formula "1968" (group work: research on subtopics, use of cooperative instruments) 9. Working on the Interpretation Formula "1968" (group work: preparation of presentation) 10. Joint presentation of results in Dresden (12 January 2018).

Learning outcomes
The aim of the seminar is the theoretical deepening of local knowledge and the use of new media in foreign language teaching, including their practical verification in the form of a webinar (joint project with TU Dresden). The Webinar focuses on the processing of cultural interpretative formulas that are important for the understanding of German culture, specifically on the example of the events in 1968. The group work will use the tools of the on-line Web 2.0 platform, with the manner of working with these web tools being Reflected and evaluated from the point of view of its own learning processes at the end of the seminar.
By attending this course the student will acquire and practically deepen the theoretical knowledge in relation to new media, will get acquainted with the possibilities of webinar Web 2.0 online-platform, will deepen his knowledge and vocabulary on the subject (The year 1968) and he will also acquire basic principles of team work
