Cílem diplomové práce je navržení strategie ke zvýšení spokojenosti stávajících a oslovení potenciálních B2B zákazníků logistické společnosti Sambular s. r. o. Cíle bylo naplněno za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, které bylo strukturováno do tří typů dotazníků v návaznosti na tři skupiny oslovených respondentů: stávající zákazníci, ztracení zákazníci a zákazníci, se kterými se společnosti nedaří spolupráce navázat. V práci bylo zjišťováno, zda se v rámci těchto tří skupin zákazníků liší preference při výběru logistického poskytovatele. Dále také, zda existují rozdíly v preferencích a spokojenosti u zkoumaných faktorů v návaznosti na velikosti dotazovaných firem. Data byla vyhodnocována za pomoci statistických metod v podobě srovnávací metody, Sperlingovy metody, F testu, t-testu, metody chí-kvadrát a Anovy. Přidanou hodnotou práce je identifikace spokojenosti stávajících zákazníků společnosti Sambular. Dále identifikace konkrétních klíčových faktorů pro zákazníky při výběru logistického poskytovatele, které také nejvíce ovlivňují jejich následnou spokojenost. U ztracených a potenciálních zákazníků bylo dále zjišťováno, které faktory měly vliv na jejich ztrátu či nespolupráci. Výsledkem práce je implementace získaných poznatků k návrhu strategie ke zvýšení spokojenosti stávajících a oslovení potenciálních zákazníků.
Anotace v angličtině
The aim of the thesis is to propose a strategy to increase the satisfaction of current customers and addressing potential B2B customers of the logistics company Sambular s. r. o. The objective was reached with the questionnaire survey which was structured into three types of questionnaires in relation to three groups of respondents: existing customers, lost customers and customers with which company failed to establish cooperation. The thesis determined if within these three customer groups are differences of preferences in the choice of a logistics provider. Furthermore, if there is difference in preferences and satisfaction of studied factors compared to the size of the surveyed companies. Data was evaluated using statistical methods in the form of comparative method, Sperling´s method, F-test, t-test, chi-square method and Anova. The added value of thesis is to determine the satisfaction of current customers of Sambular. The other one is identification of specific key factors for customers during the logistics tender. Lost and potential customers were asked which factors affected their loss or non cooperation. The result of thesis is the implementation of gained knowledge on the draft of strategy to increase the satisfaction of current customers and addressing potential customers.
