Cílem této práce je identifikovat zákaznické segmenty Činoherního studia města Ústí nad Labem, upravit marketingovou komunikaci pro jednotlivé segmenty a zlepšit tak image studia. K naplnění tohoto cíle je v práci využito dotazníkové šetření, které sloužilo jako podklad pro segmentaci návštěvníků divadla, v němž respondenti také hodnotili, jak Činoherní studio vnímají. Toto dotazníkové šetření neidentifikovalo mezi respondenty žádný závažný problém, co se týče image Činoherního studia. Výsledkem práce jsou doporučení v rámci marketingového mixu pro jednotlivé segmenty návštěvníků a doporučení v rámci marketingové komunikace s lidmi, kteří Činoherní studio nenavštěvují, jež by měla pomoci zlepšit vnímání Činoherního studia.
Anotace v angličtině
Main goal of this thesis is identify the customer segments of the Činoherní studio in Ústí nad Labem, modify the marketing communication for these segments and improve the image of Činoherní studio. To fulfill the goal of this thesis was used questionnaire survey as a basis for the segmentation of visitors of the theatre in which the respondents evaluated how they perceive the Činoherní studio. This questionnaire survey did not identify any serious problem among the respondents in connection with image of Činoherní studio. The results of this thesis are recommendations within the marketing mix for individual segments of visitors and recommendations in the marketing communication with people who do not attend Činoherní studio. These recommendations should help improve the perception of the Činoherní studio.
