1. Chemistry of nanostructured materials 2. The chemical synthesis of artificial nanostructures 3. Molecular Switches 4 Very thin layers - layers Langmuir-Blodgett 5. Nanotubes - structure, synthesis methods 6. Nanotubes - property objects based on nanotubes 7. Nanowires - structure, methods of synthesis, properties 8.Nanowires - hierarchical organization structures, applications 9. Introduction to micro- and nanofabrication - lithography, etching and others. 10. Materials based on Si - porous silicon, nitrides and carbides 11. Germanium based materials - polycrystalline Ge, SiGe 12.Semiconductor and polymeric materials 13. Materials and micro systems nanoelektromechanických 14. Materials microfluidic systems

Students acquire a comprehensive complex knowledge in the field of materials engineering and nanotechnology, learn about the preparation methods, properties and applications of basic structures with characteristics of typical materials and materials used for the creation of micro and nanoelektromechanických systems (MEMS, NEMS).
