Course content
1. Trends in the development of cutting materials, cutting tools and cutting speeds, the effect of these trends on the economy, the course and the result of machining processes. 2. High speed machining (HSC), precise machining, hard machining, the effect of these trends on the economy, the course and the result of machining processes. 3. Environmental trends in the development of materials. Dry machining, cutting fluids and other environmental trends in the field of cutting fluids, the effect of these trends on the economy, the course and the result of machining processes. 4. Monitoring and adaptive control of machining processes the effect of these trends on economy. 5. Progressive non-conventional machining. 6. Aggregate table of basic production technologies on base of metal processing. Development of metallurgical processing. 7. Development and production new materials. 8.
