Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is the general basics of non-destructive methods, which can be encountered in practice. An important part of the course is the characteristics of surface and internal defects, due to which NDT controls are used. The course deals with both simpler, less technically demanding NDT methods, as well as more complex ones, in which the emphasis is on understanding the basic principles and their use and application in practice. The course also pays attention to standards, which are an integral part of practical testing using NDT methods.
? The student will gain knowledge of instrumentation in defectoscopy, its use and proper application. ? The student will expand the ability to identify defects and ways to prevent them, solve production problems and complaints. ? The student masters the legislation associated with an accredited laboratory.
