Learning outcomes
TThe course introduces the nature and use metalografie as a component in the quality of production and as a tool for optimization of technological processes and material properties, and by exploring their inner structure. Detection and identification of material defects can make targeted improvements of the production process.

Prerequisites
Students acquire the basics of counting technique, with their substance and application areas, such as is preparation procedures and know the essence fractography and its use within the factual analysis of fracture surfaces.
