Learning outcomes
Quantitative methods, as techniques for development of managerial decisions, are necessary instruments for modern manufacturing control. Applications of these methods support significantly to qualified decisions and problem solving. The aim is to introduce solving of technical and economic problems with more variants of settings or solutions, to create habits for using of quantitative decision methods and to get notions about possibilities and importance of these methods.
