Course content
1. Summary of the basic production technology 2. Examples of production technology, transport and new trends in transport in terms of material and technology. 3. Importance of the foundry, and the emergence of foundry history, characteristics, etc. 4. Advanced forms of technology, as investment and vypařitelný model, method C-Croning etc. 5. Advanced casting technology and its use in the manufacture of automotive components. 6. Casting defects, remedial measures to avoid defects, casting materials, their properties, ferrous and nonferrous metals, etc.. 7. The aim of the course is mastery of technology in a wide range with respect to technological dialing a given technology, the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, economic and ecological aspects of technology. Current and future trends in the field of transport. Subject shows the main technology and trends in the automotive and aviation.

Prerequisites
Students will get an overview of the different kinds of technologies, products, semi-finished materials with the possibility of their use with regard to new trends in air, road and rail transport.
