Learning outcomes
The course aims to expand students' professional knowledge in the field of materials research and finding the causes of defects in non-compliant products, or to explain equipment failure. With the help of metallography, it is possible to monitor and control the properties of the material during its production and processing within the continuous or inter-operational control. Metallography is a science that deals with the internal structure of metals and alloys. Its aim is to visualize the structure of the material and subsequent study using a light or electron microscope.
