Course content
1) Principles of electrical safety at work. 2) Electrical measuring instruments 4) Fundamentals of Measurements; classification of measurement methods, results processing. 4) Measurement of voltage. 5) Current measurement. 6) Measurement of resistance. 7) Phase shift measurement. 8) Electrical performance and work measurement I. 9) Electrical performance and work measurement II. 10) Impedance, capacitance and inductance. 11) Measurement of frequency.

Learning outcomes
The subject aim is to acquaint students with the basics of measuring electrical quantities. Theoretical knowledge is supplemented by practical measurements of electrical quantities measuring and testing methods.
The student can connect simple electrical circuits. The student is able to perform basic electrical measurements.
