The Subject Content: 1. Theory of electrostatic field. 2. Theory of electro-magnetic: stationary fields; alternating fields; non stationary fields. 3. Fundamental principles of electric circuits 1: Fundamental principles of electric circuits. 4. Fundamental principles of electric circuit 2: Passive elements of circuits. Voltage; current; work; power output. 5. Fundamental principles of electric circuits 3: Stringing of elements; resonance. 6. Fundamental principles of electric circuits 4:Topology and analysis of electric circuits. 7. Fundamental principles of electronics. Semi conducting elements; Semi conducting rectifier; Semi conducting alternator. 8. Fundamental principles of measuring. Measuring of electric quantity. 9. Fundamental principles of measuring. Measuring of non-electric quantity. 10 Electrical machines - transformers; DC machines; AC synchronous machines 11.Electrical machines - AC asynchronous machines; AC commutated machines. 12.Non-renewable energy resources; Renewable energy resources. 13.Electricity distribution systems: heavy current systems and information distribution systems

Learning outcomes
Characterization and main aims: Students are given new information in all discipline. Their knowledge from physics are deepening by means of special study and praxis. Subject includes field of electrotechnics, electronics and practical measuring. This subject deals with fields of using and principles of electric equipments function and principles. Students are explained basic measuring and diagnostic simple circuits. Subject contains question about producing, transfer and consuming of electrical energy. Students are explained basic principles and structure of electric machines. Subject includes the electric traction theory background.
