NATIONAL PARKS (NP), PROTECTED LANDCAPE AREAS (PLA), AND OTHER LARGE-SCALE PROTECTED AREAS (PLA): AN INTRODUCTION Geographic overview of large-scale protected areas in the Czech Republic, Europe and around the world - Protected values - NP and PLA in the North Bohemian Region 2. FINANCING OF NATIONAL PARKS AND PROTECTED LANDSCAPE AREAS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND ABROAD Financial sources of NP and PLA from public budget - Own financial resources of NP - The use of public financial sources by other subjects on the territory of NP and PLA 3. ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL PARKS AND PROTECTED LANDSCAPE AREAS Organisational departments - Employees´ skills/education - Personnel management - International Comparison 4.
