Course content
Student works on the given topic in the media painting. Student gets acquainted with the major tendencies and artist in painting from the middle of the 20th century to the present. He complements the theoretical information through visiting of selected exhibitions. If the semestral work is assigned, the student consults his procedure with the teacher, then he presents and defends the result of his work in the conclusion of the seminar.

Learning outcomes
The seminar is aimed at developing an ability to process a creative artefact or conceptionally directed project in the field of painting and its consequential defence.
Student will gain basic knowledge of the medium and the ability to create simple art concept.
Prerequisites
The prerequisite is a basic orientation in the medium of painting.
