Master's degree course takes up the basic Bachelor's degree course. Independent and creative approach of students is required. The students select their themes themselves; however, it must be an integral project, working out of which must continue throughout the 1st and 2nd, and the 3rd and 4th semesters. In the project, professional approach is required - selection of the theme, mapping the situation, updating according to the development in the sphere, cooperation with experts in the given issues and with other involved professionals (architects, photographers, etc.), where coordination and organizational approach of the graphic designer is necessary. Another step is managing a contact with the potential client, offering the project, and convincing arguments.
After completing the second semester of the Master's programme at the Graphic Design I Studio, the student independently takes shape in a broad range of graphic and visual expressions in the sphere of graphic design and need no assistance to choose a semestral assignment best fitting to their personal profile. The student is capable of an independent approach to the assignment (the order and the client). They know technological procedures in printing and are able to follow updates. Last, but not least activity here is starting to look for the topic to choose for the diploma thesis the student should be able to decide for the topic of their work.
