Course content
1. Introduction to psychomotor. History. 2. Competence areas in psychomotor. 3. Physical self-conception. Exercises and games for developing a physical self-concept. 4. Psychomotor development of the individual (0 - 3 years) Psychomotor development of the individual (3 - 6 years). Psychomotor activities for children under the age of 6. 5. Psychomotor development of the individual (6 - 15 years). Psychomotor activities for younger and older school age children. 6. Psychomotor development of the individual (15-30 years). Psychomotor activities suitable for the 15-30 age group. 7. Psychomotor development of the individual (30 - 90 years). Psychomotor activities suitable for the elderly. 8. Tension and release. 9. Practices and games to develop the consciousness of your Self. 10. Practices and games to develop self-perception within a group. 11. Psychomotor stimulation. Psychomotor relaxation. 12. Practice attention through nontraditional tools.

The student is able to apply the exercises from the pre-sports training in the youngest children's exercise units.
The student is able to include psychomotor games and exercises in exercise programs in different groups of the population.

The student will demonstrate his or her knowledge in a seminar work consisting of the preparation of exercise units for a given age group. Active participation in the seminar is a prerequisite.
