Course content
Theoretical and practical activities with a focus on motor skills area and assumptions their diagnostics and development. Theme of lectures: 1. Motor assumptions of humans. Motor skills. Speed skills. 2. Area of power skills and their development. 3. Area of endurance skills and their diagnostics. 4. Development of speed and endurance skills. 5. Area of coordination skills and their diagnostics. 6. Mobility and its diagnosis. 7. Laboratory load testings, choice and load ergometers, loads protocols use in sports preparation. Seminar topics: 1. Introduction and the system of work. Credit requirements. Diagnostics of speed skills. 2. Scaphoid endurance run for 20 m (testing). 3. Testing of speed and coordination skills (testing) 4. Diagnosis of power skills. 5. Methods development of mobility skills. Alternative term for practical testing. 6. Laboratory load testing - Conconi test 7. Handing the task seminar and awarding credits

Learning outcomes
Course aspires to facilitate the students in the subject knowledge of the internal structure of the assumptions (physical ability) individuals for motor activity, their development and diagnostics. Course also aim at the students' cognition of theoretical knowledge to further develop student's physical abilities to study PE (physical education) or sports training.
Student will be able to measure the individual components of motor skills, apply methods of developing these skills, which are suitable for children of school age.

Basic knowledge of physical exercise and training.
