Course content
1. Introduction to the issue. The importance of balance and non-traditional aids in the development of mobility skills. Choosing the appropriate tools to organise effective training units in different sporting disciplines. 2. Use of balance pads and boards during training to develop lower limb strength capabilities. 3. The use of balancing pads in training to develop upper body strength capabilities. 4. Use of balance boards during training to develop coordination skills. 5. Use of suspension reinforcement systems to develop force capabilities. 6. Circular training using balance aids. 7. Use of balance aids for fitness enhancement and prevention of muscle dysbalances in senior. 8. Use of steppes in training to develop coordination and speed skills. 9. The use of balancing and non-traditional equipment in the paediatric population. 10-11 p.m. Steps and their use in training to develop coordination and speed capabilities. 12. Boost erasers and their use in strengthening selected muscle groups. 13. Practice with medicine ball and light weights in training to develop strength skills. 14. Evaluation of practical exercises undertaken in the course. Calculations. The study is spread out in blocks. The requirements to meet the offset are presented in the introductory part of block instruction. The calculation requirements are the same as for attendance studies. Self-study is directed by the teacher, the basis is recommended. Direct contact with all teachers is carried out through consultation sessions in consultation hours in addition to contact instruction. Contact is also provided by phone, e-mail and the possibility to inform students via STAG or the workplace website.

Learning outcomes
Students will become familiar with exercises that can be used in the conditioning preparation of various sports disciplines. Students will become familiar with current trends in athlete fitness preparation using balance aids to increase fitness and offset loads in various sports.
Students can build a training unit that includes exercise with balancing and non-traditional aids to develop fitness and prevent muscle dysbalances. The student can make effective use of balance aids within the training of children, youth and adult populations, taking into account individual exercise options.

Basic skills and knowledge of compensatory exercises.
