Course content
1. Theoretical introduction - division of musical movement unit, basics of music theory (choice of music, rhythmization, times, intervals, etc.). Rhythmic exercises. 2.- 6. Principles and methods of teaching with a practical example. Application to various parts of the teaching unit of various specializations, sports (warming up, stretching, main part, cool down, final stretching, relaxation) - practice (dance training, improvisation, rhythmic exercises of various forms and intensities). Specifics of age categories. Dance games. 7.- 14. Demonstration of applicable musical movement exercises (selected part of the unit) by the student, video analysis and discussion.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and appropriate teaching methodology in the field of movement exercises with music. The content of the course is the acquisition of motor skills and the development of motor skills in the sport, which can be applied to groups of children, youth, adults and seniors at the recreational level, event. beginning of the performance level.
