Course content
The content of the course is theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of application of sports massage before and after physical exercise, including practical demonstrations of the correct massage procedures. Students will also get acquainted with the techniques of tiping, including their practical use. Content of the course - seminars and practical exercises: Introduction to the subject - hygiene, ethics, contraindications, massage products, first aid. Neck massage. Back massage. Lower limb massage - back. Lower limb massage - front. Upper limb massage. Abdominal and chest massage. Ankle, knee, shoulders, wrists Calf, thigh, forearm, back, isthal, Tip correction

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with sports massage as an important means of preparing for sports load (emergency massage) and speeding up recovery after exercise (fatigue-relieved massage).
After completing the course, the student is: Able to assess the suitability of the application of sports massage or tiip based on the client's condition. He is oriented in massage products and knows their effects. Knows the correct massage procedures when applying sports massage. Orients itself in other massage procedures. Knows the correct technique of using the tip. He can communicate with a client.
Prerequisites
The prequisition is the successful completion of the subject functional somatic and health diagnostics, regeneration in sports and health hygiene and the basics of physiotherapy.

Assessment methods and criteria

Active participation in teaching, successful completion of the final examination, knowledge of the application of emergency massage and fatigue-erasing massage, including possible contraindications and post-load conditions. Knowledge of the use of the technique of tiping.
