Course content
In line: 1. Safety on in line skates. 2. Technology, equipment for in line skating. 3. Equilibrium. 4. Braking and stopping. 5. Change of direction and trampling. 6. Driving backwards. 7. Driving technique. Nordic walking: 1. Principles of safety and prevention of risks during stay in nature, including legal issues and liability. 2. Material equipment necessary for NW, specifics of warm-up and final stretching. 3. Proper holding of sticks, basics of NW technology. 4. Basic technique and methodology of NW when walking on the plane. 5. Basic technique and methodology of NW at different terrain slopes. 6. Creating training plans for the elderly, sick and obese population. 7. First aid in the field and rescue of the injured with the use of sticks and without them.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with in-line skating and Nordic walking and thus contribute to improving their level of movement skills and physical level. The aim of the course is to teach the legal technique of riding in-line skates and the technique of movement in Nordic walking. At the same time, students will create a stack of suitable exercises for training and methodology of teaching both sports. In the methodological output they will demonstrate the practical application of knowledge gained from previous studies.
After completing the course: - It is able to demonstrate safe and technically flawless riding on in line skates. - Can present the correct technique of walking in Nordic walking. - Able to demonstrate theoretical knowledge in the field of technology, equipment and technique of in-line skating and Nordic walking. - Can select appropriate exercises for the development of mobility before exercise. - Can explain the principles of first aid in the field and rescue the injured in in-line skating and Nordic walking. - Able to assemble and lead warm-up before riding in-line skates and Nordic walking. - Able to design and create a monthly fitness program based on Nordic walking for a given age group of people or a group with disabilities.

Basic skills of riding in-line skates.
