Course content
1. Functional disorder - characteristics, causes, regions of occurrence, diagnostics, spinal dysfunction. 2. Muscular dysfunction, Trigger points. Functional disorders of the joints. 3. Vertebrogenic discomfort - characteristic, the most common causes of onset. 4. Root syndromes - general characteristics, clinical forms of vertebrogenic diseases in the cervical spine. 5. Clinical forms of vertebrogenic diseases in the thoracic and lumbar regions, treatment of back pain. 6. Ergonomics, lifting and carrying loads, practicing getting up right. 7. Klapp climbing as part of the prevention of the development of functional disorders of the movement system in sport. 8. Exercise Roswitha Brunkow to prevent the development of functional movement system disorders in sport. 9. Ball facility to prevent the development of functional movement disorders in sport of respiratory disorders. 10. The Vojta method - the method of reflex locomotion. 11. Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization according to Kolar in the prevention of the development of functional movement system disorders in sport. 12. Ludmila Moses' method to prevent the development of functional disorders of the movement system in sport. 13. The position of yoga and yoga therapy in the system of preventing the development of functional disorders of the movement system. 14. Panel discussion. The practical part will include training, the acquisition and use of exercise and basic rehabilitation techniques in the prevention of vertebrogenic difficulties in post-rehabilitation care and sport.

Learning outcomes
The theoretical part includes basic knowledge of medical-biological issues in individual groups of weakening, basic investigative techniques in functional testing and fault weakening focusing on weakness. The practical part includes the basics of functional diagnosis of disorders of the locomotor system and the alternative mastery of skills in the context of not only primary but also secondary prevention in individuals with functional disorders.
Students will learn about functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, will know the basic methods for the diagnosis of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, will be able to design an appropriate exercises using compensation excercices with special regard to solving vertebral disorders through activation of the deep stabilizing system of the spine.
Prerequisites
Students interest in the issue, knowledge of biomedical subjects - anathomy, healthy PE I and II healthy PE II.
