Course content
Educational topics of workshops and self-study: 1. Introduction to the study of the subject, acquaintance with credit requirements and communication of the objectives of the subject. Definitions of terms flexibility (joint mobility) and stretching. 2. Division of joint mobility. Hypomobility, hypermobility, active and passive joint mobility. Factors affecting joint mobility. The importance of flexibility. Development of flexibility in fitness training. 3. Biological basis of stretching. Anatomy and function of muscle. Muscles with a predominance of postural function and muscles with a predominance phase functions. Muscle imbalances. Proprioceptive spinal reflexes (tension reflex, protective attenuation, reciprocal attenuation, neck reflexes). 4. Types of stretching. Static stretching, dynamic stretching, PNF stretching, ballistic stretching. 5. Application of stretching and its principles. Accuracy of execution and reservoir of exercises according to muscle groups. Static versus dynamic stretching before and after exercise. Current trends in the implementation of warm-up (warm-up). 6. Health aspect of stretching and inappropriate exercises. 7. Flexibility diagnostics and control tests. 8. Stack of stretching exercises in pairs, with aids. 9. Balance exercises with aids (roller - roller, gymball - big ball, overball - small ball. 10. Examples of exercises for individual sports. 11. Examples of exercises for individual sports. 12. Examples of exercises for individual sports. 13. Examples of exercises for individual sports. 14. Evaluation of teaching.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with a wide range of exercises that can be applied in both physical education and education sports practice. The course includes elements of various types of stretching and creates a stack of exercises to create the right technical habits and mechanisms of movement. As part of the course, there is a discussion on preparations for the selected topic of individual exercise units.
Student after completing the course - has a reservoir of exercises for physical and physical development, - is able to determine the physiological effect of exercise, - can communicate with practitioners in professional terminology, - explain the basics of the technique of selected elements, - provide safe assistance to selected elements, - is able to use a range of skills and knowledge in practice to lead practitioners to their own activity.

Active participation in teaching. Didactic output - preparation and conducting exercises according to the specified topic. Submission of seminar work according to the topic of didactic output.
