Learning outcomes
Make students familiar with the basic terminology and principles of aikido, karate and tai-chi. History and development of martial arts, strategy, tactics and ehtics. Focus on development of locomotive faculties, habits and special skills that are required for masetring self-devensive and offensive techniques. Health aspects of martial arts, especially Tai-Chi. Form a habit of a regular physical activity.
Students have a grasp of martial arts, e.g. origin, development of stratefy, technique. Combat, health and spiritual aspects.
Prerequisites
Interest in a chosen sport activity with respect to acquiring or improving the skills in martial arts.Acquisition of important knowledge.
