Course content
Educational topics of instruction: 1. Ride forward. 2. Pulling corners. 3. Stopping by plow and skid. 4. Forward translation. 5. Ride backwards. 6. Turns from forward to backward to reverse. 7. Turns from forward to backward and vice versa - practice. 8. Ride backwards, stop backwards. 9. Arches forward. 10. Backward translation. 11. Games and competitions. 12. Error correction, competitive exercises. 13. Repetition, practice. 14. Practical credit test. Self-study is directed by the teacher, the basis is recommended literature. Other available study support sites can also be used. Method of control and teaching: Feedback is by checking seminars, possibly consulting by e-mail (stefan.balko@ujep.cz). Contact with students is also provided through the workplace website. The school information system is used to record learning outcomes.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is the practical mastery of the movement skills of basic skating, the training methodology, including diagnosis and elimination of errors.
The student is able to apply basic skating skills including training and diagnostics methodology in practical teaching at schools and other educational establishments. It is capable of eliminating errors that affect the quality and efficiency of movement activities.

Basic prerequisites for safe skating (forward, braking, stopping).

Contents of the offset drive: driving forward, rolling the arc on both skates, turning from driving forward to driving backward, driving backward, turning into driving forward, folding forward, folding backward, stopping from driving backward, stopping skidding from driving forward Rating: execution technique.
