Seminar topics: 1. 1. Introductory lesson. Communication of credit requirements. 2. 2. Importance and meaning of bachelor thesis in study programs. 3. 3. Creation and basic principles of scientific research projects resp. final theses I. 4. 4. Creation and basic principles of scientific research projects resp. final theses II. 5. 5. Methodology of creating bibliographic citations. Ethics of research and publishing activities 6. 6. Methodology of creating a successful presentation (PC, poster). 7. 7. Principles of oral presentation to the audience. 8. - 14. Presentation of student projects of the final theses with subsequent analysis

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to cultivate student skills. The seminar acquaints students with the generally valid principles of preparation, implementation and organization of the thesis, both in terms of form and content. At the same time, the content of the course is designed to help the student in the implementation of the final work and its presentation, to defend their statements and be able to act or. engage listeners.
Student will be able to follow some basic principles for the work of scientific research nature. Students will be able to visualize scientific text resp. The results followed by commentary and follow correct principles in a presentation before an audience. Students will be able to choose the appropriate type of presentation is a professional text and audience. Students will work in preparing the final follow citation standards respectively. ethical principles related to research activities.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of working with text, including compliance with ethics in handling citations.

Attendance and active participation in seminars (80%). Literature search required for the elaboration of the diploma thesis resp. elaboration of seminar work according to the assignment. Oral presentation of the diploma thesis in front of the audience.
