Course content
Theoretical part of the teaching content: - 1st Block - Stain Ethics, Conduct, Conduct, Safety of Operation, Legal Aspects, - Block 2 - acquaintance with basic drives (history, the difference between grass sports and self-defense), - Block 3 - Dividing Self-Defense, Practical part of teaching content: - Block 4 - ablation gymnastics, fall technique, - Block 5 - grooves, grooves, preparation of the organism for grooves, - 6th block - self-defense (defense against grabs, hugs), - 7th block - self-defense (defense against punches, kicks), - Block 8 - self-defence (defence against strangulation, strangulation), - Block 9 - self-defense (defense - fighting on the ground), - 10th block - self-defence against attack with stick, knife, firearm), - Block 11 - self-defense (defense against multiple attackers, group), - Block 12 - Women's self-defence (specifics of women's self-defence, sensitive areas of the body), - Block 13 - Development of mobility skills for grass sports, self-defence (endurance, speed, strength, mobility), - Block 14 - Relaxation.

Learning outcomes
The content of the course is acquaintance with basic fights (overpressures, tugs, resistances, fight games) with fall technique. Follow up with developing skills in teaching the subject "Combat". The aim is to equip students with basic knowledge of fighting in groups and at different skill levels. They will acquire practical basic knowledge and skills in self-defense and appropriately apply the techniques of combat sports in self-defense.
Student after graduation: - able to organise operations in a graduated range of tendrils, - Can define key sites for improving skills in selected pile activities (in particular in self-defence) and explain the reasons for any interventions in the cultivation of these skills, - can prepare, lead exercise units with a bristle content - can use the transfer from other brine activities, - Applies variable modes of self-defence, taking into account participants' skill levels and conditions. - It is orientated in the basic terminology of grassroots sports and self-defence, - can define the preconditions for the successful operation of graft and, in particular, modes of self-defence. - It can use acquired competences to further potential broadening of knowledge and skills in issues. - It can specify participants' basic skill limits, establish the necessary spatial and material conditions to operate the tendrils and apply self-defence. - Has a track record of institutional security for the operation of grafts. - Can describe the possibilities of influencing participants through the pursuit of grassroots sports in terms of development mobility skills. - It can demonstrate selected full-bodied skills and, in particular, self-defence.

Skills in the subject Fighting sports I.

Assessment methods and criteria

Active participation in teaching. Compliance with the following offset requirements: Practical part: Self-defence: defence against grabbing, hugging, hitting, strangling, choking (selection). Theoretical part: history and basic distribution of self-defense, legal standards in self-defense, seminal work: Describe 10 reentry games.
