Course content
Educational subjects: 1. Basic motor science. Training exercises. Contraindications. 2. Types of exercise by effect, examples. Exercise unit management policies. 3. Basic body positions, nomenclature. 4. Activities are non-addictive. 5. Locomotive activities. 6. Activities manipulative. 7. Strengthening and support training. 8. Rotary and rebound training. 9. Balanced training. The use of balancing equipment. 10. Use of tools in the development of basic motoring (ball, ball, swing, overballs). 11. Utilizing tools in the development of basic motoring (rugs, wafers, non-traditional tools). 12. Use of tools in the development of basic motoring (rods, hoops). 13. Use of tools in the development of basic motoring (ladders, benches). 14. Utilisation of tools for development of general movement preparation (Swedish box, trampoline).

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the types of basic motor skills that are useful in the physical education of pre-school children. The content of the tutorial is to familiarise yourself with non-ocular, locomotive and handling activities using different kinds of equipment and tools and the possibility of assigning them to training units in the MSA. Emphasis is placed on the specificities of preschool children including contraindications. Students are introduced to a wide reservoir of exercise through practical exercises and will acquire the competence to fit these exercises appropriately into the physical units of this age group.
The student is able to fit selected exercises from basic motor skills into children's exercise units in the MSA.
