Coming loose and improvement of techniques of swimming. Swimming long distances. Men Limits: 400 m freestyle 8:45 400 m breast 9:15 200 m altitudes. Race 5:00 25m under water Fishing object from a depth of 3.5 m (3 pcs) Women Limits: 400 m freestyle swim 400 m breast 9:40 100 m individual medley 2:30 20 m below water Fishing items from 2.5 m depth (3 pieces) Control measurements 1st 400 m freestyle 2nd 400 m breast 3rd 200 Medley + swimming underwater hunting items 4th Rescue and helping

Learning outcomes
The study-unit extends and develops swimming prowess by developing stamina and improve individual design of swimming techniques and methods for curriculum purposes butterfly technique provides a theoretical and practical foundations rescue swimming. Teaching provides theoretical knowledge of the biomechanics of swimming, sports swimming training and other areas of the sport of swimming.
