Course content
Content 1 day: Topics of practical exercises: - Repetition of the methodology of low start, hurdles. - Repetition of the high jump methodology - Methodology of training sports walking. - Hurdle race and sport walking race. - Repetition of the methodology of shot put and long jump. Theoretical seminars: - Organization and safety in athletics, assignment of methodological outputs - special warm-up and compensation exercises - Technique and biomechanics of discus, javelin throw and sport walking. - Athletics technology. - Video analysis. Day 2: Topics of practical exercises: - Repetition of the methodology of long jump 2. Methodology of triple jump training - Methodology of disc and javelin throw training - Hourly high jump race and 4x200m relay race - Individual improvement Theoretical seminars: - Video analysis. - Preparation and organization of athletic athletic pentathlon. Day 3 Topics of practical exercises: - Organization and implementation of athletic pentathlon

Learning outcomes
The aim is focused on the practical mastery of the technique of athletic disciplines from Athletics I. and II. The student must demonstrate technical level and performance. It includes the preparation, organization and implementation of selected athletic competitions and athletic multi-combat. In the practical part, students will be introduced to disciplines such as discus throwing, javelin throwing and sport walking. It will also include practical guidance for lessons in special athletic warm-up and compensatory exercises. In the theoretical area, the student will get acquainted with the basics of technology and biomechanics of newly included athletic disciplines and will learn to evaluate the technique of performing athletic disciplines using video recording.
After passing this subject the student: - Is able to perform and to assess the right technique. - Has theoretical knowledge from technique and biomechanics and athletic rules. - Knows the proceeding methods for improving athletic skills. - Can form and lead special athletic warm-up including compensatory exercises focused on individual discipline. - Uses basic athletic terminology. - Can organise and referee athletic competition for children and youth. - Can properly assess technique and measure the performance according to athletic rules. - Will prove the basic achievement in selected disciplines.

To hand over written preparation for pentathlon and adjudicating of discipline. Organisation and adjudicating of athletic competition.
