Course content
Theoretical Part: - Block 1 - martial ethics, conduct, behavior, safety, legal aspects - Block 2 - introduction to basic martial arts (history, difference between combat sports and self-defense) - Block 3 - Division of self-defense Teoretická část: 1. blok - úpolová etika, jednání, chování, bezpečnost provozu, právní aspekty 2. blok - seznámení se základními úpoly (historie, rozdíl mezi úpolovými sporty a sebeobranou) 3. blok - dělení sebeobrany Practical Part: Block 4 - Martial gymnastics, stalling technique Block 5 - Basic grappling techniques, martial games, preparation of the body for martial arts Block 6 - Self-defense (defense against grasping the wrist, hug) Block 7 - Self-defense (defense against blows, kicks) Block 8 - Self-defense (defense against choking, strangulation) Block 9 - Self-defense (defense - fighting on the ground) Block 10 - Defense of self - (defense against an attack with a stick, knife, gun) Block 11 - Self-defense (defense against multiple attackers, group) Block 12- Self-defense for women (the specifics of self-defense for women, sensitive parts of the body) Block 13 - Development of motor skills for martial arts, self-defense (endurance, speed, strength, agility) Block 14 - Relaxation.

Learning outcomes
The content of the course is to introduce the basic grappling technique (pressures, pulling, resistors, martial games) with a stalling technique. Establish developing skills for teaching the subject of "Resistant Exercises". The aim is to equip students with basic knowledge of the resistant excercises in groups and at various skill levels. They will acquire basic knowledge and practical skills of self-defense.
Learning Knowledge and Outcomes: - By the end of the study-unit student will be able to: - Organize traffic in the completed spectrum Combatives, - Define key points for improving combat skills in selected activities (especially in self-defense) and explain the reasons for these interventions under cultivation of these skills, - Prepare, lead training unit containing Combatives, - Use transfer from other martial arts activities, - Variably apply methods of self-defense with regard to the skill level of participants and conditions. - Be familiar with basic terminology martial arts and self-defense - Define prerequisites for a successful operation Combatives, and especially ways of self-defense. - Use the acquired skills for possible future expansion of knowledge and skills in the subject. - Specify basic skill levels of participants; determine the necessary spatial and material conditions for the operation and application of self-defense Combatives. - Do overview of the institutional security operation Combatives. - Describe the possibility of influencing the participants through the pursuit of martial arts in terms of the development of motor skills. - Demonstrate selected martial skills and especially self-defense.
