Course content

Practical exercises: In line: 1. Security for inline skating. 2. Technology and equipment for in-line skating. 3rd balance. 4. Braking and stopping. 5. Change the direction and pacing. 6th reverse. 7. Techniques drive. Nordic walking: 1. Safety and Risk Prevention during stays in nature, including legal issues and responsibilities. 2. Material equipment necessary for the NW, the specifics of the final warm-up and stretching. 3. Proper holding a poles, basic technique NW. 4. Basic technique and methodology NW at walking. 5. Basic technique and methodology NW at various field gradients. 6. Creation of training plans for the elderly, sick and obese population. 7. First aid in the field and rescue the wounded using a poles without them.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the study-unit is to acquaint students with in-line skating and nordic walking and thereby contribute to improving their level of motor skills and physical levels. The aim is to learn the legal driving techniques of in-line skating technique and movement during nordic walking. At the same time, students will create a reservoir of suitable exercises for practicing and teaching methodology of both sports. In methodical demonstrate the practical application of knowledge gained from previous studies.
Student after completing the course: - Is able to demonstrate safe and technically flawless ride in line skates. - They can present proper walking technique Nordic walking. - Able to demonstrate theoretical knowledge in the field of technology, equipment and riding techniques for inline skating and Nordic walking. - Can choose suitable exercises for the development of mobility before the workout. - Can explain the principles of first aid in the field and rescuing injured when inline skating and Nordic walking. - Able to build and keep warm before driving for inline skating and Nordic walking. - Able to design and create a monthly fitness program based on Nordic walking for a given age group or a group of people with physical limitations.
