Topics of lectures: Fundamental groups of functional disorders - the deep stabilizing system of the spine, weakening the musculoskeletal system in the sagittal and frontal plane. The aims and tasks of medical TV on shaping the quality of health for medically fragile individuals. Organizational forms of health physical education and their application in debilitated individuals. The basic positions in health physical education focused on activating the deep stabilizers, importance respiration. . Vertebral diseases and disorders and defects in the alternative motion system - mechanism of weakening, the risk period during ontogenesis, systematization of basic types of faults and defects in the alternative motion system. The influence of inadequate body burden in the prevention of failures and alternative musculoskeletal issue of hypokinesia, inadequate or one-sided work and physical activities. Fundamentals of physiology and pathophysiology of momentum - disorders of muscle tone and substance of their physiological, muscle fiber types and their properties, weakened and shortened muscles, the concept of muscle imbalance, impaired locomotor stereotype, postural disorders and motor functions. Deep stabilizing system of the spine - development during ontogeny, meaning and dysfunction, activation of the deep stabilizers. Functional disorders in the neck and thoracic spine - kyphotic posture, flat back. Functional disorders of the lumbar spine and pelvis - anteversion, retroversion of pelvis, skewing the pelvis, pelvic nutation is fixed. Functional relationships between the position of the pelvis, spine and joints of the lower extremities. Functional disorders and weakened joints of the lower extremities - drifting knees, weakening of the ankle joint and foot arch. The transverse and longitudinal arch of the foot, foot arch disorders. Principle of psychosomatic disorders and diseases correlation between the quality of somatic and psychic functions. Vertebral difficulties. Topics of Seminars: The basic exercise positions in medical physical education, with a focus on activation of the deep stabilizing the spine rehabilitation aids. The basic exercise positions in medical physical education, with a focus on activation of the deep stabilizing the spine rehabilitation aids (overball, gymball, Theraband, bosu). Stretching and relaxation exercises, stretching principles, and basic stretching. Creating a reservoir of stretching exercises for selected muscle groups. Strengthening exercises, strengthening principles. Creating a stack of toning exercises for selected muscle groups. Poor posture, flat back. Teaching principles, characteristics of weakening, causes, and appropriate compensatory movements with variable tools. Hyperlordotic posture. Learning outcomes
The aim of the lectures and seminars is to familiarize students with the content and the problems of didactics of physical education and sport, and specifically directed to the application of this knowledge for the specific sport or physical activity. Next, it focuses on the analysis of each activity coach or trainer, the evaluation of the training process, the development of personality and relationship coach athletes and sportsmen to promote didactic knowledge in the planning of the training process and thus contribute to creative thinking.
Students will acquire basic knowledge of medical-biological problems in individual groups of weakening. Students will learn basic investigative techniques in functional testing and fault weakening focusing on weakness. Will be able to practically apply the basic functional fault diagnosis system skeletomuscular Acquire motor skills in the context of not only primary but also secondary prevention in individuals with functional impairment. Will be able to demonstrate and apply corrective exercises with variable and aids in variable environments with compromised individuals, emphasizing the activation of deep stabilizing system of the spine in the basic positions and during exercise.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of functional human anatomy.

Assessment methods and criteria
unspecified
Active participation in seminars. Verification of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Didactic output tray of exercises to activate the deep stabilizing system for individual weakness in a musculoskeletal system. Presentation of seminar work. Credit test.
