Lectures: 1. Introduction, definition of basic concepts 2. Anamnesis 3. Respiratory Physiotherapy. 4. Active movement. 5. Types of muscle contraction. 6. Fitness exercise. 7. Passive movement. 8. Positioning. 9. Reeducation of postural functions. 10. Revision.

Learning outcomes
The course is designed as a theoretical - practical. It introduces students to the field of physiotherapy, defines the basic terminology. Inform the implementation plan and objectives of physiotherapy. Knowledge gained in teaching this course is a prerequisite for the successful management of physiotherapy practice.
Learning Knowledges: Student can define basic concepts of physiotherapy, knows basic medical history, understand the principles of fitness exercises, can explain the short-term and long-term plan of physiotherapy. Learning Outcomes: Student is able to implement fitness exercises in each indication groups with regard to age and environment specifics. Will be able to use both passive and active movement in basic physiotherapy procedures, can practically make training of verticalization, positioning and respiratory physiotherapy. Will be able to use basic means of relaxation. Oborové dovednosti: Learning Knowledges: Student can define basic concepts of physiotherapy, knows basic medical history, understand the principles of fitness exercises, can explain the short-term and long-term plan of physiotherapy.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the physiology of physical load and sport.
