Topics of Seminars: 1. Organizational matters, diagnosis of motor skills. 2. Driving forward. 3. Rounding corners on two skates. 4. Stop. 5. Crosover forward. 6. Reverse. 7. Turnover from forward to reverse, vice versa. 8. Turnover from forward to reverse, reverse - practicing. 9. Games and competitions. 10. Error correction, competitive exercise. 11. Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to master basic motor skills of skating on in-line skating, training methodology, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Learning Knowledge and Outcomes: Student is able to apply the basic skills of skating on inline skates including training methodology and diagnostics in practical teaching in schools and other educational establishments. He is able to eliminate errors that affect the quality and effectiveness of physical activity.
